Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the impugned order dated 06.03.2021 has been passed by the District Magistrate, Patna and other two officers without hearing the petitioner and without considering the show cause filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, this application is disposed and the matter is remitted back to the District Magistrate, Patna for fresh consideration in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within six months.
