Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 414, 467, 465 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.

Some co- accused were arrested by police and firearms were recovered. Police recorded the confessional statement of co- accused Sonu Kumar Tiwari who disclosed before the police that the petitioner had provided arms and after that police raided the house of the petitioner who confessed before police that two pistols had been given by him to co- accused and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Mashrakh P.S. Case no. 223/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
