JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 589 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and nine live cartridges from his possession and it further appears that he is accused in five other cases. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody since 25.09.2018 and now charge has also been framed and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstance of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to
