The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., the petitioner and other accused persons alleged to have stolen the motorcycle of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the informant and petitioner are covillagers and due to village politics, he has been implicated in this case. No stolen article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with Nadi P.S.
