2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 366A, 363, 120B, 376, 313 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on the false pretext of marriage, this petitioner sexually assaulted the victim. The victim is a minor and in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., she has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20143 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 accusation and statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
