The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner being a teacher of a school is alleged to have misappropriated Rs. 3,94,284/-. In pursuance of the order dated 08.04.2015, the report is received. The report shows that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount of Rs. 3,94,284/-.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44647 of 2014 (5) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
