Considering the submission made on behalf of petitioner, petitioner Shivjee Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Gangabridge P. S. Case no.86 of 2016, on deposit of the amount for which allegation subsists against the petitioner which the learned lower Court will determine and calculate.
