III, Madhubani, by which he has refused to summon the opposite party nos. 2 to 10 under the provisions of 319 Cr. P.C., in S.T. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28970 of 2012 (3) dt.30-03-2015 2 / 2 224 of 2009, corresponding to (Lockauha) Khutauna P.S. Case No. 134 of 2004.
Considering that Section 319 Cr. P.C. should be used sparingly and only after the Trial Court is fully satisfied that the accused persons are required to be summoned in the ends of justice, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.
