The petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No. 156/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 401, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 17.04.2018. Keeping in view the clean antecedent and period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63503 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.
