2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the order of Ranjeet Kumar Singh @ Ranjit Singh petitioner no. 1, Niraj Kumar Singh (petitioner no. 2) and Dhiraj Kumar Singh (petitioner no.

3) assaulted the informant with fist and slaps. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 1 took away cash and other accused person snatched gold ornament of the informant.

4. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple occurrence of marpit took place. There is case and counter case. Allegation of theft and misbehaviour are super addition to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 465 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
