The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grand father of the petitioner donated more than two acres of land in the name of Ram Janki temple. The worshiper of the temple sold 15 decimals of land in favour of Sharifa Kumari, wife of Subhash Paswan. The petitioner and others protested the construction work, started by Subhash Paswan, on the land of Ram Janki temple. The informant came and took side of Subhash Paswan. The worshiper had no title to sale the land of Ram Janki temple in favour of any

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad (Kalpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
