The petitioner is accused in connection with Kudhani (Kudhni) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 24 bottles each containing 750 ml and 48 bottles each containing 180 ml Indian made foreign liquor from the Dickey of Maruti Van bearing registration no. DL 2CS- 2637, which was being driven by co-accused, Bhola Sah, who also disclosed the name of petitioner and six others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended at the spot rather his name has

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani (Kudhni) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
