JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2013, instituted under sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Attention of this Court has been drawn to the F.I.R. to which the informant herself stated that she is apprehending that the petitioner may have committed the crime. With reference to the case diary, it is pointed out that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. Admittedly, the informant was nowhere in the scene. Be that as it may, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31520 of 2014 (3) dt.12-03-2015 2 / 2 namely, Jeetendra Singh and Karu Yadav, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
