This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged that the petitioner along with accused persons came with Gun, pistol and katta in front of informant's brother and thereafter, Surendra Singh ordered all accused persons to fire upon the informant's brother as a result he was died.

The petitioner is one of assailant of the deceased and in the indiscriminate firing, three persons were injured out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21837 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 whom one person, namely, Dharmendra Singh (Ex-Mukhiya) died.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
