JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being unmarried sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torture and killing the sister of the informant after five years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the accusation of demand of motorcycle is specifically alleged against the husband though the postmortem reflects burn injury but the petitioner is an unmarried girl.

No.38109 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.253 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
