The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.212 of 2015/Sessions Trial No.382 of 2015 (397 of 2015) registered under Sections 307 and 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jehanabad.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.17812 of 2016 on merit. I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51017 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is again rejected.
