2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2020 registered under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., four unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, intercepted informant and his nephew and snatched the bag of informant containing Rs. 1,75,000/-, mobile phone and other important document(s).

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that petitioner committed robbery on the point of pistol and has got one criminal antecedent of Arms Act. He does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation as well as the criminal antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer, is accordingly, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
