2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 04.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19554 of 2024 by this Court to the extent that in place of depositing the alleged amount in favour of "District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation" the same be directed to be deposited in the "Sitamarhi Central Co-operative Bank Limited, BranchPupri, Sitamarhi".
3. In view of the reasons assigned in the petition, condition contained in Sub-Paragraph No. (i) of Paragraph No. 6 at Page No. 2 of order dated 04.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21536 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 No. 19554 of 2024 be read as follows:- "(i) Petitioners shall refund Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten lakh ) through Demand Draft in the name of "Sitamarhi Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Branch- Pupri, Sitamarhi", at the time of furnishing bail-bond and rest amount i.e., 55,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty five Lacs) shall be deposited in 10 equal installments within two years through Demand Draft to the Sitamarhi Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Branch- Pupri, Sitamarhi, failing which, the learned court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail-bond."
4. Accordingly, further six weeks' time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending.
5. Accordingly, order dated 04.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19554 of 2024 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
