The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 323, 341, 325, 504, 34, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against these petitioners that they assaulted the informant on head with lathi after the informant was pushed down on the ground.
The injury report of the informant has been annexed as Annexure-2 which shows that informant has sustained one lacerated injury of 2" x 1⁄2" which was found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
