2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners brutally assaulted on the head of the informant with intention to kill him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26590 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 case. He next submits that from perusal of the FIR, it appears that there is no specific allegation against them and the land dispute is also going on in between the parties and there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners are in custody since 10.02.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No.293 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea.
