Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is main assailant of his brother. Wife of the deceased is eye witness and informant of this case. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) Police Station Case No. 507 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. Hence, his prayer for bail is refused.
