The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Act. It is a case of creating hindrance in discharging the official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21124 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are members of mob and there is general and omnibus allegation against them. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 599 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
