Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 registered under Sections- 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
