It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 21.03.2017 passed in this case, petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail but due to oversight the district name of petitioner no. 2 has wrongly been mentioned in page one of the bail petition itself and hence in the cause title of the order dated 21.03.2017, district name of the petitioner has been typed as Patna whereas it should have been Sitamarhi. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in page -1 of the bail application with regard to district name of petitioner no. 2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11774 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 and the same be read as District - Sitamarhi in place of District - Patna.
