The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 325, 506, 379, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and have not committed any offence. Parties are relatives. The present first information report has been lodged after a good delay but there is no explanation for the same. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner which is supported by the injury

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
