The petitioner is in jail custody since 17.01.2020 in connection with Barouli P.S. Case No.2/2020 registered under Section 302,201 of the IPC.

Admittedly, none had seen the actual killing of the deceased and the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that prior to recovery of dead body of deceased, he had gone to the house of the deceased and, thereafter, deceased left her home along with the petitioner. However, in course of investigation, the daughter of deceased disclosed that deceased used to go with petitioner on earlier occasion.

The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed but, even after completion of investigation there is nothing

Moreover, the statement of brother of deceased reflects the relation of deceased with petitioner was very cordial. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the parties,let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barouli P.S.
