ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 23.6.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nawada in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile) No.10 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 7.2.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Nawada, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in J.T.R. No.228 of 2015 (G.R. No.549 of 2013) arising out of Nawada P.S. case No.132 of 2013.

In view of the nature of allegations and the antecedents of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner. The application stands rejected.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Nawada is directed to conclude

No.680 of 2015 dt.09-11-2015 2/2 the enquiry expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Nawada, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
