2. The petitioners in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition have sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "i. For a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary/ honorarium of the petitioners for the work done by them and further current salary/to pay the honorarium without delay as the petitioners are working but they are not being paid their salary honorarium for some time and for October 2018 and January, 2019 as mentioned in para-23 of this writ petition.

ii. To grant any other relief(s) for which the petitioners are entitle to get in the eye of law."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners informs that in view of the development, which has taken place during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners seek to file detailed individual representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui, along with all the required documents, for redressal of their grievances.

4. Considering the above information, as well as, the fact that the petitioners have been much penalized, as their due salary has not been paid to them, the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Jamui, is directed to redress the grievances of the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, without fail.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
