The trial court has mentioned in the impugned order that except I.O and Doctor, almost all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 425 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge 1st Patna is again rejected. However, let a copy of this order be sent to Senior Superintendent of police, Patna with direction to him to ensure the presence of doctor and I.O of Special (POCSO) Case no. 350 of 2014 arising out of Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 425 of 2013 before the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna without any delay, failing which the matter shall be viewed seriously.
