JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 This application is for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2429 of 2018, which was dismissed on 04.09.2018 for noncompliance of order dated 25.08.2018. The impugned order was for removal of the defects within ten days. The office had pointed out two defects, first was for supply of certified copy of order dated 21.06.2018. The said order was complied on 31.08.2018. Second defect was that there was overwriting in the P.S. Case Number in the FIR. The second defect was ignorable.

Hence, for substantial justice, dismissal of appeal is hereby set aside and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2429 of 2018 is restored to its original file.

After restoration, the defects in Cr. Appeal be treated as removed.
