The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, informant suspected that petitioner kidnapped her minor grand-daughter and her two friends. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. None of the victim girls in their statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C have named this petitioner. They have categorically denied the prosecution case. Police after investigation submitted final form and differing with the same the court below has taken cognizance. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.21611 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge POCSO Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
