1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Usha Devi @ Usha Kumari has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 23.04.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.19576 of 2025, being the first wife of the instant petitioner, on which the learned A.P.P. submits that the consideration for grant of anticipatory bail to Usha Devi was on a different ground, but then, petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as
