JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-10-2016 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Perused the counter affidavit. Steps have already been taken to resolve the issue arising out of a controversy of non-settlement of accounts and even the question of handing over charge by the petitioner and receipt thereof by his successor.

A three member committee has been constituted to resolve the issue. No sooner the issue is sorted out, steps will be taken to either settle the claim of the petitioner under the post retiral heads or appropriate steps may be taken otherwise in accordance with law.
