JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-380, 363, 365, 504, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she was in love with the Sanish Kumar, who happens to be son of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2. The victim also stated that she was never kidnapped and as a matter of fact, she solemnized her marriage with Sanish Kumar by her own sweet will and she further stated that her father lodged a false case against petitioners and other accused.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36280 of 2016 (2) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagariya P.S.
