Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 516 of 2018 for the offence under section 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case one mobile and one country made loaded nalkatua and one live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
