Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused, Sataloo Rai.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10339 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
