In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2015 arising out of Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 296 of 2013 for offence under Sections 302/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is the third time that the petitioner has moved before this Court with a prayer for bail. Earlier this Court had rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Baivab Kumar @ Baibhav Kumar @ Bivab Kumar is rejected with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early
