The petitioner is accused in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 12 litres Indian made foreign liquor kept in 16 bottles from the bag, which was being carried by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62285 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J-VI-cum- Special Judge Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
