Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except suspicion there is no other evidence against petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.7.2016 and chargesheet has already been submitted against her.

Heard learned A.P.P. also. He has pointed out that except suspicion raised, there is nothing against petitioner. Having heard both the parties and in view of the fact that except suspicion there is nothing against petitioner and chargesheet has been submitted against her, let above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53858 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2016 2/2 petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case no. 133 of 2016.
