Petitioner is in custody in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 for the offence under sections 143, 447, 386, 387, 323/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of Cr.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner on remand is in custody since 15.9.2018. He submits that only because of bad antecedent, he has been made accused by the police in the present case. The case was registered against unknown and due to local politics, the allegation of demand of levy was levelled against unknown accused persons and this petitioner has been made accused in the instant case at the influence of the local people.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016.
