The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
On theft of a motorcycle of the informant the case was registered against unknown. During the course of investigation, Md. Raja was apprehended who disclosed that the petitioner purchased the stolen motorcycle.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a scrap dealer and nothing has been recovered from his shop or house. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.38081 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Saharsa. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
