2. Petitioner claims payment of gratuity with penal and statutory interest, who retired from the post of Junior Engineer from the Housing Board, Gaya with effect from 31.01.2003.

Since the petitioner has received his all other retiral benefits from the Housing Board and only gratuity remains to be paid, this Writ application is disposed of with direction to the Secretary of the Housing Board, Respondent No. 5 to make payment of gratuity along with statutory interest to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
