2. The records reveal that petitioner after obtaining stay of Annexure vide order dated 04.08.2014 has not attended in the Court proceeding till date.

3. In such circumstances, the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2014 in connection with Certificate Case No. 58 of 2013-14 is recalled.

4. The parties may proceed in accordance with the law before the Certificate Officer.
