The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons variously armed assaulted on the head of the informant with 'farsa' when brother of the informant Arun Yadav came to rescue, this petitioner assaulted with 'lathi' and, thereafter all the accused persons entered into the house of the informant, took away three steel boxes containing clothes, jewellery and other articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found simple in nature. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.170 of 2013, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
