JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR) 05-12-2022 Heard Mr. Madan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and none appears for the State.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the payment of salary along with interest of late Suraj Deo Pandey, the husband of the petitioner for the period from August, 2007 to March, 2011.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3, in the said counter affidavit, clear stand of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19238 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 respondent-State is that as the project was already closed w.e.f. 2005, the post became non existent and later on, the husband of the petitioner was absorbed in ITI Munger and the employees working under the project on subsequent absorption were only paid salary till April, 2005.

4. The counter affidavit has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 06.01.2015 itself but till date no response has been made.

5. Considering the stand of the State, the present writ application stands disposed of, however, still the petitioner has any other grievance, he may approach before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

6. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
