JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant claims that it was petitioner, who kidnapped her minor daughter, but in course of investigation, at para -38 of the case diary, one witness claimed that he had seen one Bullet Singh carrying one unknown girl on his motorcycle. Subsequently, at paras- 67 and 68 of the case diary, the witnesses stated that it was Bullet Singh, who took the victim, and subsequently, the aforesaid Bullet Singh solemnized his marriage with the victim of the present case. The co-villagers of Bullet Singh were examined by the I.O. at paras-71 and 72 of the case diary and aforesaid witnesses also stated the aforesaid fact. Although the victim is still traceless but taking note of the aforesaid stated materials as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Andar ( M.H.Nagar) P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016.
