The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Buxar (Mufassil) P. S. Case No. 254 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that they all started quarrelling and assaulting each other. When he tried to pacify the mob, Jitendra Yadav and Kamlesh Yadav opened fire causing injury to Shyam narayan Yadav, Prince Yadav and Arun Yadav. Leanred counsel for the petitioners submits that Shyam Narayan Yadav got fire arm injury which is simple in nature, but it appears that all the three persons got injuries

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12729 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 appears to have been caused by fire arm. The petitioners are alleged to have opened fire causing injury to three persons. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Mishra U T
