The petitioner has a grievance that a public road is being constructed over land, which is raiyati land of the petitioner, without paying him any amount of compensation. The petitioner is said to have issued notice under Section 80 of the Civil Procedure Code to the Collector, Aurangabad (Bihar), the Executive Engineer, Aurangabad and the Circle Officer, Deo, District-Aurangabad, in this regard. Without going to any controversy, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Right to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6544 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, raising the grievance, which has been raised in the present writ application. The Court expects that the concerned Public Grievance Redressal Officer shall dispose of the petitioner's application within the period stipulated under the Act and the Rules framed therein.
