The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sono P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered for the offences under section 307 and other sections of the IPC.

The informant alleged that on 18.8.2016 the petitioner and five other accused persons came and demolished his gumti. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Tangi on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sono P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 is lodged under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC by Nunwatiya Devi who is accused no. 1 in this case. There is a counter version and both sides entered into mutual scuffle in which the informant of the case also sustained

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13334 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 injuries. Doctor found the injuries simple in nature. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between both sides, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sono P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
