Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01.08.2019 in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 738 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 343/346/ 366/368/34/372/373 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/5/6 of Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act.

Although, the petitioner is said to be apprehended on the spot when the police reached near the house of Ranjan Yadav, but no specific overtact has been attributed against him. The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., but she has not levelled any allegation against him.

No.20820 of 2020(5) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XXIV, Patna, in connection Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 738 of 2019.
